Guidance from an early age

From a very young age, people naturally came to me for guidance. Friends, acquaintances, and even strangers would share their concerns, seeking clarity during moments of uncertainty. Helping others find peace and direction felt natural to me. Even then, I knew that counseling and guiding others was my life’s purpose.

Alongside counseling, I discovered a deep connection to healing. I became a Certified Reiki Master, Chakra Balancer, and Crystal Healer. Beyond formal techniques, words and music have also been meaningful ways for me to share comfort, intention, and spiritual care.

A turning point in 2002

Throughout my life, I have experienced spiritual presence and communication, though I kept these experiences private for many years. In 2002, while having dinner with a coworker, I became aware of the presence of a friend’s deceased husband beside us. Before I could speak, my coworker acknowledged that he saw him as well. That moment changed the way I understood my experiences.

He offered an explanation I have never forgotten: the blades of a ceiling fan are clearly visible when still, yet seem to disappear when spinning rapidly. That image helped me understand my belief that our loved ones continue to exist on a different vibration of energy. To me, love is eternal.

As my understanding deepened, I explored soul groups, reincarnation, and the idea that energy, memory, and emotion can travel with us through lifetimes. These beliefs have helped me make sense of the deep familiarity or powerful feelings we sometimes experience when meeting someone for the first time.

Mentorship, connection, and loss

Soon after, I met my mentor, Johanne, a respected spiritual counselor who guided me in developing my abilities with care, grounding, and integrity. She taught me how to enter the alpha state and how to guide others into that relaxed state of awareness. This became an important part of my spiritual practice and, later, my teaching.

After the passing of my best friend, Simi, I experienced spiritual signs and guidance that brought me reassurance. Subtle signs, synchronicities, and meaningful moments became deeply personal reminders of our connection. Those experiences strengthened my commitment to supporting others through grief, change, and uncertainty.

Over time, family and friends became accustomed to my intuitive insights and the spiritual messages I described. My understanding of connection also grew to include astral travel, soul connection, and energetic awareness. These are part of my own metaphysical beliefs and the way I make sense of my spiritual journey.

Faith, forgiveness, and the work I do today

I see déjà vu, intuitive knowing, and heightened perception as invitations to pay attention to our spiritual lives. I believe we are here to learn unconditional love, forgiveness, and compassion toward others and ourselves.

My work centers on helping people reflect on past wounds, explore their soul’s purpose, and move forward with clarity and peace. I guide clients in recognizing limiting beliefs, exploring forgiveness, and finding emotional and spiritual balance. In relationship counseling, I encourage communication rooted in love, faith, and understanding.

Since 2004, I have offered prophetic messenger sessions through my ministry, Healing Visions. I work with people from many walks of life, offering a confidential space for personal reflection, intuitive guidance, and compassionate spiritual support.

Through Alpha Mediumship Academy, I also mentor those who feel called to explore and develop their own intuitive and spiritual abilities. My teaching focuses on spiritual growth, awareness, and strengthening intuitive connection.

It is my honor to walk alongside others on their spiritual journey, offering comfort, insight, and reassurance during life’s most meaningful moments.
